Vegan friendly.
A collaboration with our friends from the North East: Alpha Delta Brewing. Olly used Rossi’s grain bill on this one to create an even thicker beer. We went with funky pineapple yeast (with a bit of LA3) to give the beer powerful, tropical flavours.
Hops: El Dorado and Mosaic
Tasting notes: Creamy, tropical fruit punch. Berry and stone fruit flavour notes with a light pine finish
