Apricot Milkshake Sour co-fermented with Voss Kveik and Lactobacillus Helvicticus. A mixed-fermentation fruit sour with added creaminess from the addition of maltodextrin. The esters from the yeast combine with the apricot to create flavours akin to a petit fillous and fruit salad sweets. The sourness combined by the thick, creamy mouthfeel allows the beer to coat your mouth with a subtle lactic tartness.
