Based on the Black Forest Gateaux dessert this kettle soured beer has subtle layers of chocolate with a sour cherry edge supported by a creamy sweetness from the lactose & oats. Fermented with sour cherry juice & dry nibbed with raw cocoa nibs keeping it tart, complex & effervescent.
