Brewed in collaboration with Moonwake Beer (Edinburgh), this hazy pale ale celebrates Tap Social and Moonwake's shared love of hoppy, fruit-forward beer. We started with a big malt bill heavy on rolled oats to help give Stars Align a nice, pillowy body, then pitched Citra and Azacca -- two of our favourite hops -- in the whirlpool.
To finish it off, we punched up the tropical aromas and stone fruit flavours with potent Cryo Citra and Cryo Idaho 7 hops in the dry hop (along with a cheeky extra dose of Idaho 7).
